What is the Lead time on boxes?
VAFS has both Make To Order (MTO) and Make To Stock (MTS) fulfillment options for our standard boxes. While we endeavor to keep significant quantities of our standard boxes assembled and ready to order and ship, this is not always possible.
Therefore, lead time depends on order type:
- MTS is 5 day order to ship (often quicker, but guaranteed 5 days)
- MTO is 3 weeks order to ship (often quicker depending on our assembly schedule, but guaranteed 3 weeks)
Is there direct delivery for distribution?
Yes, we can arrange delivery directly to your distribution location.
Can I order less than a truckload?
Yes, orders can be placed by the pallet.
Can my box have a custom label?
Yes, of course.
